This facility is given to the user in Lobby Configuration Console. Steps of doing it is as follows :

1. Configration manager (Lobby superuser) may open lobby configuration console.
2. Click on RESET CREW PWD link.
3. Enter Crew Id on the provided space.
4. Press RESET PASSWORD.

A popup confirmation will appear that the Password of the Crew is reset to 123.

NOTE : Passwords for the crew are sensitive and should not be rest without the knowledge or request from the user.
