CMS system can send SMS to persons configured in CMS system by the configuration manager. A manually typed SMS messages or selected from standard templates provided can be SMS to an individual person or a group of SMS numbers. This facility can be used at the time breakdowns / unusual by sending quick group SMS.

The mobile numbers of such users can be configured in a group by the Lobby configuration manager. TNC and supervisor can send the group SMS.
